Privacy policy
Effective October 10, 2026
assistant is a private personal application operated by Pavel Savinov for his own use. This policy describes its intended Google integrations and handling of data when those integrations are authorized. It does not offer public registration.
Google data and purpose
Access is limited to the Google permissions explicitly granted by the owner. The intended integrations use read-only access:
- Gmail: message metadata and content for inbox review, prioritization, summaries and notifications.
- Google Calendar: calendars and events for schedule review and reminders.
- Google Drive, Docs and Sheets: file metadata and selected document or spreadsheet content for search, reading and answers.
Google data is used only to provide these personal assistant features. OAuth credentials are used to access authorized Google APIs.
Processing and sharing
The application runs on an owner-controlled private server hosted by Hetzner. Relevant content may be sent to configured AI services, including OpenAI or models accessed through OpenRouter, to generate summaries and answers. Email triage uses OpenRouter routing configured to disallow provider data collection. Notifications and selected results may be sent to the owner's private Telegram chat.
These services process the data needed for the configured feature. Their own policies govern their processing and retention. Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used by assistant to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials, operational state, pending email excerpts and conversation history may be stored in private application storage. Summaries or content that the owner chooses to save may remain in the owner's knowledge base or Telegram history. Server backups may contain application data.
Data remains until it is no longer needed or the owner deletes it. Revoking Google access stops future API access; it does not automatically erase previously saved content, chat history or backup copies.
Security and control
Google API connections use HTTPS. The assistant runtime uses restricted access, separate secret storage and owner-controlled administration. OAuth credentials are not included in this public website or sent to AI models as prompt content.
The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections, disable the integrations and delete stored application data. Contact [email protected] for questions or a deletion request.
This website
This static information website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It has no Google sign-in, forms, advertising or application analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for hosting and security under its privacy policy. Visiting this site does not give it access to a Google account.
